Hi, Friend. I look forward to meeting and supporting you in your journey to live in harmonious body, mind, and emotional WellBEing. My name is Debbey Woodruff. I’m a life long student of whole-body optimized wellBEing (c) through nutrition, exercise, sleep, mindfulness, etc. in my own journey to live in joy and peace while meeting my goals, pursuing my dreams, and enjoying success.

I found yoga, mindfulness, and yoga therapy (I like to call it body psychology) at a time in my life when I felt I couldn’t take much more. I was worn out from my career in fast-paced Corporate America, the intensity of balancing work with raising a family, dealing with emotional trauma, and overcoming setbacks.

Having experienced the profound healing these practices offer, I pursued extensive study and certifications to share this transformative journey with you as you seek more depth, fulfillment, and breakthroughs in life.

When I'm not helping others, I enjoy spending time with my wonderful partner, kids, and friends. I love volunteering with youth, hiking, gardening, cooking healthy meals, reading, and learning new things.
