Returns & Refunds Policy

We understand plans sometimes unexpectedly change and you need to make adjustments to your schedule from time to time. And, because time is valuable to both of us, we offer the following Cancellation Policy:

Most Services:

  • 100% refund if canceled with at least 48 hours notice of event.

  • 50% refund if canceled with less than 48 hours notice, but up to 24 hours notice of event.

  • Reschedule payment credit of 100%, if canceled with less than 24 hour notice; to be applied toward a future appointment.

  • If rescheduling the event, 100% of the payment transfers to the new appointment.

NOTE: Must cancel through the link provided in the appointment confirmation.

Retreats:

We understand plans change! There is a $50 non-refundable deposit upon any cancelation.

  • If you need to withdraw within 14 days of the retreat, we'll refund 75% of the remainder after the deposit (e.g., You paid $250. We'd refund 75% of $200).

  • Within 13 and 7 days of the retreat: 50% of the remainder after the deposit.

  • Within 6 and 3 days of the retreat: 25% of the remainder after the deposit.

  • Less than 3 days of the retreat: No refunds.

Gifts Cards:

Gift cards are not refundable. Use any unwanted gift cards to bless someone else who needs a little less DOing and more BEing in their life. :-)
