We understand plans sometimes unexpectedly change and you need to make adjustments to the schedule from time to time. And, because time is valuable to both of us, we offer the following Cancellation Policy:
100% refund if canceled with at least 48 hours notice of event.
50% refund if canceled with less than 48 hours notice, but up to 24 hours notice of event.
Reschedule payment credit of 100%, if canceled with less than 24 hour notice; to be applied toward a future appointment.
If rescheduling the event, 100% of the payment transfers to the new appointment.
NOTE: Must cancel through the link provided in the appointment confirmation.
Payment: Down payment of 50% is due at time of booking. Remaining balance due within 30 days of completed service. Options offered include: Venmo, Zelle, PayPal, ACH.
