We care about you! That's way the first appointment is longer and focused on understanding your issues and goals of the treatment. During our first meeting, the protocol for subsequent sessions is defined.
We understand plans sometimes unexpectedly change and you need to make adjustments to your schedule from time to time. And, because time is valuable to both of us, we offer the following Cancellation Policy:
100% refund if canceled with at least 48 hours notice of event.
50% refund if canceled with less than 48 hours notice, but up to 24 hours notice of event.
Reschedule payment credit of 100%, if canceled with less than 24 hour notice; to be applied toward a future appointment.
If rescheduling the event, 100% of the payment transfers to the new appointment.
